POLICIES

·       Wine club members agree to a one-year membership (two consecutive shipments) at the time of enrollment and can be cancelled in writing thereafter

·       Wine club members who opt for pickup must do so within a month of release date or the release will be shipped at cost to member.

Wines are generally shipped in April & October to avoid the summer and winter months so that your wine arrives in the best condition possible. Your credit card will be automatically charged before your wine is shipped. A two-shipment commitment is required at the time of enrollment. You may cancel your membership in writing at any time after this commitment is fulfilled. Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed. Benefits non-transferrable. Membership is void where prohibited. For a list of available states please contact the winery. Shipments are sent via UPS GROUND and cannot be delivered to post office boxes. You must be 21 years of age to order wines. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the policies stated above.
